Roger D. Blotsky
Founder
Roger Blotsky accumulated over 45 years of experience in the organics industry. He began his career in agriculture in 1966 as a salesman, calling on farmers for Skelly Oil Company. After being exposed to the concept of organic farming and after four years of study and field trials, he founded the Early Harvest Company in 1970 in Aberdeen, South Dakota. After 10 years of successful business, he sold the company in 1980, to relocate to Goodyear, Arizona. During this period, Roger helped establish national guidelines for organic farming techniques and founded BioFlora®, which would become the leading agricultural division within the Global Organics Group of Companies. Roger was an extraordinary visionary and the driving force behind all divisions of Global Organics®, which now includes BioFlora®, Mineral BioSciences® and the Integrated Life Science Research Center®. With his innovative ideas and unconventional ways of doing business, Roger was able to accomplish his goals, bringing sustainable and organic farming to the forefront of the agricultural industry and utilizing an exclusive blend of ionic minerals to further human and animal health. From the very beginning Roger had great plans for Global Organics, and as the company grew to what it is today, he was able to realize many of them in his lifetime. Roger had the unique ability to see any project through to the end, under the many challenges that presented themselves, and through his perseverance was able to redefine “where the world was going”. Roger will always be remembered as a true trailblazer and Global Organics will continually strive to maintain his mission and honor his legacy.

Dr. Krys Bojanowski is the CEO of Sunny BioDiscovery, Inc., a company engaged in NIH-sponsored research, currently directed towards the development of new retinoid analogues. Dr. Bojanowski received his PhD cum laude in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology at the University of Paris, France, followed by research positions at the National Cancer Center in Tokyo, Harvard Medical School and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Dr. Bojanowski was instrumental in helping MBS establish the anti-aging and anti-diabetic potential of their ionic minerals. Because of the well-documented, although anecdotal reports of ionic minerals being beneficial for high blood sugar-related diseases, the laboratory of Dr. Bojanowski conducted rigorous examination aimed at defining its bioactivity. With a combination of genomic, enzymatic, in vitro and animal models the results of this 5 years-long investigation were subsequently published in the International Journal of Vitamin and Nutrition Research. Dr. Bojanowski continues to assist MBS, and has helped us develop several patents relating to the benefits of ionic minerals for mitochondrial metabolism, muscle degeneration and anti-glycation. Dr. Bojanowski is currently an active reviewer for NIH, as well as for several scientific journals, including Wound Repair and Regeneration, Lipids, Biochemical Pharmacology, Methods & Findings in Experimental & Clinical Pharmacology and Phytotherapy Research. He is member of the American Association for Advancement of Science (AAAS), Society of Cosmetic Chemists and co-author on over 30 patents and peer-reviewed scientific publications.
